Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr, sponsored model and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is a competing athlete. Ariel Khadr began her fitness modeling career when she was just 16 years old, and she stopped gymnastics. Then she received her Pro Card just one year later when she was 17 years old. Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor as well as a model as well as a sponsored athlete. Ariel Khadr started her fitness show career at the age of 16, at which point she stopped the sport of gymnastics. In just one year she earned her Pro Card when she was 17. She became one of the oldest IFBB Pro ever. Ariel had a six-year break from the stage after earning her Pro Card to complete her studies at college. The year 2015 saw her continue her path from last year's high profile contests as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. The contest continued after the initial event for a number of years and set higher goals each year. At the end 2009, she had won four additional fitness titles. Also, she was the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals champion, which made her most youthful IFBB Fitness Pro (at age 17) ever. Ariel Ariel Ariel has taken the time off for six years from competing after earning her pro card to complete her college degree. After earning her Professional IFBB Fitness Card Ariel returned to the sport with a bang in Phoenix Europa Games 2015. Phoenix Europa Games 2015 in October. In the end, she placed 3rd in the competition. In June of 2016, she won the winner of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow, and thus qualified to compete in the Fitness Olympia. After three months of training, she appeared on the stage at the Olympia in which she won 6th place for the Fitness Division. Ariel was completely no expectations going in, was delighted with her result. Considering she was battling against some of the top competitors. Ariel keeps impressing with an improved version of her physique each year. Ariel is a fan of working on her lower back. Ariel's usual back exercises consist of lat pulldowns with a single arm and pullups using a machine, as well as bent-over rows. She warms-up first before moving onto work out sets. Ariel is the most efficient use of her time. One way to achieve this is by supersetting the back exercises she does. A total of three or four supersets with 10--12 reps are completed.
